Gara in acque libere presso Praia do Creiro, Setúbal. Percorso con partenza e arrivo sulla spiaggia. Distanze: 750m (1 giro), 1.500m (1 giro), 3.000m (2 giri con passaggio intermedio sulla spiaggia). Segnalazione tramite boe da contornare obbligatoriamente. Partenza a gruppi di 8 atleti ogni 10 secondi tramite tappeto di cronometraggio.
