Percorso di 3.6 km in acque libere con partenza dalla Playa La Grama e arrivo presso il Balneario de Tortugas, Casma. Il tracciato è assistito da 8 imbarcazioni (chalana) con bandierine posizionate ogni 500 metri per orientamento e sicurezza. Eventuali variazioni di orario sono possibili in base alle condizioni meteo, di oleaje e visibilità.

Aeroporto più vicino: Aeroporto di Trujillo (TRU), a circa 160 km (3 ore). In alternativa, Lima (LIM) a 370 km. Da Trujillo o Lima, prendere autobus interprovinciali (es. Cruz del Sur) fino a Casma. Per Playa Tortugas, utilizzare taxi locali o mototaxi (15 min dal centro). Parcheggio disponibile presso la spiaggia.
