About the race
Event reserved for clubs from the Ain department, organized as part of an open water discovery initiative in Nantua. The event offers individual courses suitable for swimmers aged 12 and up.
Course
- 6 km — 6 km swim across two lakes, 15 km trail run, 1500 m elevation gain.
- 4 km — 4 km swim, 10 km trail run, ascent to the Colonne viewpoint.
- 2.5 km — 2.5 km swim (including a maximum 600 m section), 4.5 km trail run.
