The Nadada de la Amistad (Friendship Swim) is more than just a competitive event; it is a long-standing tradition of the Peruvian coast that celebrates the deep connection between athletes and the Pacific Ocean. Held annually at the sun-drenched Playa Mar Azul in the Asia resort, this event has evolved into a premier fixture on the Peruvian open water calendar. Now organized by the expert team at Perú Swimmers in collaboration with the Asociación Mar y Azul, the race continues a legacy of sportsmanship that has united generations of swimmers for over seventeen editions.
